Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself, of people who have given you permission, of your pets, or of characters you created or have the right to use. Don't upload photos of public figures or celebrities, of minors without a parent's consent, or anything sexual, and don't use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Payments, video credits and refunds
Packs of 1 or 3 videos are one-time purchases; there is no subscription. Each pack gives you that many video credits (one credit makes one video). Credits don't expire and are tied to your private pack link rather than an account, so keep that link. If a generation fails, its credit is returned automatically. If we can't deliver a video at all, email us for a refund of the unused credits. AI output varies; we can't guarantee a perfect likeness in every video.
Your video
You may use the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial and social media use. Videos are silent; you are responsible for any audio you add. Your video is AI-generated and recreates a well-known dance; the original performers don't appear in it. Don't present it as real footage of the people or pets in it, and label it as AI-generated wherever you post it.
No affiliation
Smalltown Boy Dance is an independent tool inspired by the dance by Elvira and mr_unvrs. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, Bronski Beat, London Records or any label, AI app or social platform, and it never distributes the song or the original video.
